One never knows what they’ll find when they open up another person’s Excel spreadsheet.
Recently, I opened a detailed trial balance provided by a young CFO. Each successive date column added 30 or 31 days to the previous month. Odd. Is it possible they are not familiar with the EOMONTH formula in Excel? That has to be the case.

Yes, the creator of the spreadsheet could have highlighted two dates and dragged the range to the right to include the needed months. I’m assuming they know how to do that based on what I saw on the other sheets. The purpose of this short exercise was to elevate the EOMONTH formula.
