I have a ringside seat to the small businesses I serve daily. Every business I’ve worked with shares one attribute: they all lack professional management, which is impeding their growth and the leading cause of owner burnout because they are wearing too many hats.

In many cases, the founders are under the illusion that they have added the necessary players to facilitate customer demand and get work done. Unfortunately, many of these hires are made quickly and with minimal filtering.
